This is my farm build for a blaster I'm leveling. 118% recharge bonuses brings in perma hasten, 12 second recharge on rain of arrows and 4 second recharge on
psyche shockwave. With 47% resist to smash and lethal you should be fine because force of nature has a 60 second downtime only. As for health and end, when force of nature is down, drain psyche brings end/sec up to 4.3 and health to 20hp regen/sec. I think this build will kick ass especially when your aoe's recharge as fast as they do...not to mention all your other attacks
