Starting at 6:00 AM CST - 11:00 AM CST all US, European, and testing shards for City of Heroes will be brought down for maintenance and the publish of Issue 13: Power & Responsibility.

We expect the downtime to last the entire 5 hours but please allow for early release or an extension as we deem appropriate. Please check the sever status page for more details.

We apologize for any inconvenience to your play schedules but we look forward to bringing you this new Issue.
